After contacting 5 tree services and having only two actually show up to give me estimates I was getting pretty frustrated. Sam’s showed up the day after I contacted them. Gave a reasonable bid so I hired them. After scheduling there was a day delay due to mechanical issues which was clearly communicated to me. (Stuff happens especially to equipment so it didn’t bother me a bit.) Polite, professional crew arrived as rescheduled and clarified what exactly I wanted done to my enormous maple tree happily imbedded in power lines. In under two hours they had my dangerous tree back to a safe happy maple. Young man doing the bulk of the cutting impressed me with his skill and knowledge of how to accomplish cutting a bulk of the tree that was wildly overgrown but yet leaving healthy parts to regrow. We had a lot of branches and huge limbs come down from the freak snow storm that came through Spokane on 10/8/19 . A couple more came down the next day as well . Sam’s tree and landscape came out and took care of all the mess . They did and even better job than expected . They cut back parts I didn’t even think were an issue . From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service provided by Sam's Tree Service. Our neighbors recommended them to us, and we are very thankful for the referral. They were able to stop by and give us a quote even when we couldn't be home. They promptly provided the quote and their certificate of liability insurance (which other tree service providers either did not have or were not willing to provide). Their rates were reasonable, and we were able to schedule a date within a month and on the day before our bulk trash pickup. On the day we were scheduled, the crew was able to arrive several hours early. The crew removed 3 dead trees and pruned another tree.



They were tidy, efficient, and left the grass and property unmarked by their activities. They left a very clean pile of tree debris at the curb, and because bulk picked up the trees the very next day, our grass was unharmed by the pile. All this to say, when we lived in Florida, we had many trees removed through the years, and always had some form of property damage afterwards. As such, we were very cautious when seeking referrals for a tree removal company, and Sam's Tree Service proved to be the most professional tree removal service we have worked with. We are now loyal customers for all our future tree care needs, and we will enthusiastically recommend Sam's Tree Service to our B/CS family and friends - Vicki D.

Used Sam's tree and landscape to remove two large pine trees that were sitting about 5ft and the other about 8 feet off the back of our house. One of them was well over 100 ft tall with a very noticeable lean. Sam's came in with a crane and a whole bunch of workers, the trees were down and out in an hour and a half. I live in a gated community, they left the place looking like they were never there. Absolutely amazing job. By comparison, another neighbor of ours had one tree removed and it took them two days to finish up. It was not cheap, but the Sam's quote came in $700 less, then another quote I had, and that was with the use of a crane. If I would have used pretty much anyone else, the placement of the trees, they would have had to been carried out through my neighbors property and that would have definitely done some damage to their landscaping. I have used Sam's in the past for some other tree removal, and next year I plan on getting a couple more trees removed, and I know who I will be calling. I never leave feed back. But this time I felt compelled. Its hard to find contractors now a days who actually impress. But Sam's knocked it out of the park. - Michael P.
